Quality Training

Our curriculum and training partners offer current industry needs and is taught by people who have real-world experience in the field. When relevant, trainees finish their training by passing their certification and getting their professional credentials.

Case Management

Our Case Managers connect trainees to the programs and resources that might otherwise prevent them from completing their training and succeeding at their job.

Overcoming Barriers

We provide resources for housing, transportation, and a living stipend to ensure trainees are not distracted by daily living challenges. Instead, they can get the most out of their training and kick off their new employment with you on a solid foundation.

Individualized Support

Our case managers meet the individual needs of our employer partners and connect you with trainees who meet your specific needs.

Why our Model Works

We set our trainees up for success by providing individualized case management, high-quality training, and support to overcome barriers that reduce a candidate's ability to succeed.

Our process allows trainees to learn without distraction, gives us insight into which placements will be best suited to your organizational culture, and provides our trainees with a solid foundation when they begin employment with you.

Ultimately, you get quality trainees, reliable vetting, longer employee retention, and lower recruitment costs.
